 广州市焦石贸易有限公司成立于2002年，是一间立足中国广州面向全球市场的集服装研发、生产和销售为一体的贸易公司。目前拥有全资子公司——广州千实制衣有限公司作为生产基地，产品目前远销欧洲、美国及东南亚国家。

　　公司目前拥有自主品牌“新升流派GROWATYLE”、“新升”，以及代理法国高档男装品牌“BAGAFAIR”，合作品牌英国女装“ANGELEYE”。

　　公司施行精细化管理，推行部门责任制和岗位责任制。为了高效和科学运营，公司分为研发中心、生产中心、营销中心三大中心， 分设市场部、招商部、运营部、设计部、技术部、采购部、企划部、生产部、财务部、人力资源部等十六个部门。现有员工近六百人，其中中高级管理人员和专业技术人才100多人，是一间具有较强运营实力的服装公司。

　　至2013年公司共拥有代理商、经销商专营店和专柜400多间，遍布全国二十多个省市自治区和十一个国家。

　　Guangzhou Golden-StoneTrading Co. Ltd. was found in 2002 , it's one of trading company base on China Guangzhou integrating Garment Research and Development, Production and Sales for global market. Currently has wholly owned subsidiary of Guangzhou Qianshi Garment Co. Ltd. as the production base, at present the product exported to Europe, America and Southeast Asia countries.

　　The company currently owning one main brand “GROWSTYLE” & “GROW”, acting for “BAGAFAIR” of France upscale men's wear brand , and being cooperative partners of England ladies’ wear brand“ANGELEYE” .

　　The company implement Delicacy Management, carry out the system of department & position. For efficiently and scientifically operate , company divide into R&D center, production center and marketing center three major centers, and set separate 16 departments of Marketing , Investment, Operation, Design, Technology, Purchase ,Planning, production, Finance and Human resources.

　　Existing staff of nearly 600 people, and include more than 100 Intermediate and senior management .It's a garment company with strong operate strength.

　　Until 2013 the company has a total of 400 more agencies, dealer stores & shops all over the country , covering twenty-odd provinces , autonomous region and eleven countries .
